Order processing times

I aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days, but this can vary during busy periods.

UK shipping

I ship via Royal Mail second class signed for, so your package will require a signature upon delivery. Normal transit times are 2-5 working days.

International shipping

I ship all international orders with Royal Mail untracked services to keep shipping costs down. Normal transit times are 5 -7 working days (Europe/worldwide). Please be aware that you may be subject to VAT and import charges based on the cost of goods and the country you are in. I am not responsible for this cost, so please factor this into your purchase and check with your countries import information to see what you could be paying.

Lost packages

If your package does go missing in the post (hopefully not) I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact me if your package does not arrive in the timeframes specified.

Returns and exchanges
All sales are final, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality and packaged with care before shipping. I try to represent my products accurately in photos, but colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions.
